Where can I have a Lilliputiens order delivered?

Currently, we only deliver to Metropolitan France (including Corsica), the Principality of Monaco, Spain, and of course Belgium.

What are the delivery methods and their prices?

For any basket over €40 including tax, delivery is free!

  • Colissimo Domicile: Home delivery without signature, in 2 to 3 working days, at a rate of €8.90
  • Colissimo Collection point: Delivery to the post office, Pickup relay & Pickup Station lockers, in 2 to 3 working days, at a rate of €6.90
  • DPD Predict Domicile: Home delivery during time slots, in 2 to 3 working days, at a price of €8.90
  • DPD Pick Up: Delivery to relays, in 2 to 3 working days, at a price of €6.90
FOR BELGIUM
  • Colissimo Domicile: Home delivery without signature, in 2 to 3 working days, at a rate of €8.90

Order shipments take place Monday to Friday inclusive (except public holidays).

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number allowing you to know the status of your order with the carrier at any time.

This information will be useful for you to contact the carrier to whom the package was entrusted, regarding a question, a delay or complaint.

Please note, once your order is "being prepared" the delivery address can no longer be modified. For more information, you can consult our FAQ section.

Order delivery addresses cannot be changed once your order is being prepared.

Il est également possible de régler une commande grâce à la solution sécurisée PayPal.

Lors du réglement d'une commande, vous serez redirigé(e) sur le serveur relatif au système de paiement sélectionné, afin que les informations cryptées ne transistent qu'entre vous et l'interface qui validera la transaction.

Lorsqu'un règlement est validé, se chargera alors une page de confirmation, et une confirmation de commande vous sera adressée par mail.
