Le hochet ne fait pas de bruit et il est bleu foncé au lieu de bleu clair comme sur la photo

Nous vous avons répondu en date du 8 avril et nous sommes en attente d'une courte vidéo montrant le problème du bruit constaté sur votre hochet qui nous permettra également de contrôler la couleur de votre produit. Il est possible que de légères différences soient constatées en fonction du lot dont est issu votre produit. Nous confirmons que la couleur du produit est bleu foncé (bleu canard pour la tête et bleu marine pour le bracelet). Bien cordialement, Le service client Lilliputiens

Where can I have a Lilliputiens order delivered?

Currently, we only deliver to Metropolitan France (including Corsica), the Principality of Monaco, Germany, Spain, Italy and of course Belgium.

What are the delivery methods and their prices?

For any basket over €40 including tax, delivery is free!

Order shipments take place Monday to Friday inclusive (except public holidays).

When your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number allowing you to know the status of your order with the carrier at any time.

This information will be useful for you to contact the carrier to whom the package was entrusted, regarding a question, a delay or complaint.

Please note, once your order is "being prepared" the delivery address can no longer be modified. For more information, you can consult our FAQ section.

Order delivery addresses cannot be changed once your order is being prepared.

How can I pay for my Lilliputiens online order?

We offer various secure payment options for your Lilliputiens order:

We accept payments by credit card (Carte Bleue, Visa, or Mastercard) and Bancontact through the secure Payplug system, which ensures the security of the transaction according to the latest standards via the secure PCI DSS platform of Payplug. We also accept payments through PayPal.

It is also possible to pay for an order using the secure PayPal solution.

When making a payment for an order, you will be redirected to the server of the selected payment system, so that encrypted information is transmitted only between you and the interface that will validate the transaction.

After a successful payment, a confirmation page will load, and an order confirmation will be sent to you via email.

Please note that our Lilliputiens online store does not offer the option to pay by check or bank transfer.
